What is parent coaching?

Parent coaching is a supportive, practical, and goal-oriented process that helps you better understand your child and improve your parenting strategies. Rather than focusing on “fixing” the child, parent coaching empowers you, the parent, with tools and guidance to create meaningful, lasting change at home.

If my child is the one struggling, shouldn't they go to therapy instead?

That’s a great question. In many cases, working with the parent creates faster and longer-lasting results than individual child therapy. When parents gain insight into their child’s needs and adjust their approach, the whole family benefits—and often the child’s behavior and emotional well-being improve naturally.
At ElemenTree Parenting, we work with the parents, so they can be the ones to support their child effectively in everyday life.

What ages do you work with?

ElemenTree Parenting supports parents of children from toddlerhood (around 18 months) through the teenage years. Whether you're navigating tantrums, school transitions, or teen independence, we offer tools and support tailored to your child’s developmental stage.

What kinds of challenges can parent coaching help with?

Our coaching can help with:

  • Sibling rivalry (especially with twins and multiples)

  • ADHD-related struggles (emotional regulation, impulsivity, routines)

  • Anxiety (separation, worries, avoidance)

  • Power struggles and setting boundaries

  • Difficulty with cooperation and communication

  • Creating calmer routines and a more connected home environment

Who is ElemenTree Parenting for?

We specialize in helping:

  • Parents of twins and multiples

  • Parents of children with ADHD

  • Parents of children with anxiety

But our doors are open to all parents. Whether or not your child has a diagnosis, if you’re seeking a more intentional, calm, and connected family life, ElemenTree Parenting is here to help. Every parent deserves support, no matter the challenge.

What’s the difference between private coaching, group workshops, and digital courses?

  • Private Coaching is one-on-one and fully personalized to your family. Ideal for deep, tailored guidance.

  • Group Workshops are live sessions with other parents, focused on specific topics with space for shared learning and support.

  • Lectures & Digital Courses are pre-recorded, self-paced learning options with practical tools and guidance you can access anytime.

How long does private coaching take?

Most parents begin seeing positive changes within 8–12 sessions. The process begins with a 90-minute assessment, followed by weekly 60-minute sessions. There’s no long-term commitment—you can continue for as long as it’s helpful.

Is ElemenTree Parenting based in the U.S.?

Yes! ElemenTree Parenting was originally founded in Israel and is now expanding into the U.S., starting in New Jersey. All services are currently available online, so you can join from anywhere.

Do I need a diagnosis for my child to benefit?

Not at all. Many parents we work with do not have a formal diagnosis for their child. If you feel your child is more anxious than others, very active, emotionally sensitive, or has trouble following routines, coaching can help—even without a diagnosis.

Will I be judged or told what I’m doing wrong?

Absolutely not. ElemenTree Parenting is a non-judgmental, supportive space. Our focus is on understanding your family, building on your strengths, and helping you feel more confident and connected as a parent.
