The Full Story

Hi, I'm Keren Dor – Founder of ElemenTree Parenting

I’m Keren—a parent coach, educator, and former high-tech engineer, but above all, a mom of four—including twin daughters and three amazing neurodiverse kids with ADHD.

My journey into parenting support began not from a textbook, but from my own life as a parent navigating questions, doubts, and emotional overwhelm.

Before becoming a mom, I was focused on all the usual things—career, family planning, preparing the nursery. But when I actually stepped into parenthood, I quickly realized: Parenting is one of the most important—and most challenging—roles we’ll ever take on. I found myself asking, “What’s the right thing to do?” and “Why is this so hard sometimes?”

These questions led me on a journey of learning. I began studying parenting deeply, discovering the rich world of tools, psychology, and knowledge available to those of us brave enough to admit we need help. I eventually trained professionally as a parent coach at the Adler Institute and other respected institutions. The Adlerian approach, which combines warmth, connection, and firm leadership, resonated deeply with me—and it became both my personal philosophy and my profession. Today, in addition to working with families, I also teach and mentor the next generation of parent coaches—both in core coaching foundations and in specialized topics such as parenting twins.

Over time, as my experience grew, so did my vision. I wanted to create something that could reach more families, especially those navigating the complex realities of raising twins, children with ADHD, or children with anxiety. That’s how ElemenTree Parenting was born: a space where parents can find real support, practical tools, and renewed confidence—tailored to their unique family dynamics.

Through private coaching, group workshops, and digital courses and lectures, I support parents in creating homes that feel more peaceful, more connected, and more cooperative. My work is based on the belief that when parents feel empowered, the whole family thrives—and that real change doesn’t have to take years.

Every family is different, and that’s why my approach is personal, thoughtful, and flexible. My goal isn’t to give you my answers—it’s to help you find your way forward, with the tools and clarity you need.

If you’re here, you probably care deeply about your family and are looking for something more. I’d love to help you find it.

Let’s get started—together.
